Multimodal freight

It is a solution for delivery of non-standard cargo sizes and heavy weight, for cargo from remote regions of the world, for economical delivery of urgent cargo, etc. This is a combination of land and air or land and sea transport.

We often provide this service if the cargo goes to or departs from a small airport, or if it is necessary to collect cargo from different parts of the world and deliver it to the recipient at the same time, and in some other cases.

Multimodal freight is the delivery of goods using different modes of transport under a single contract. This method allows you to optimally plan your route, reducing the time and cost of transportation.

ACEX organizes domestic and international multimodal transport of any complexity (including transmodal). Various transport combinations are possible:

We have signed direct contracts with leading sea lines and container carriers (Hapag-lloyd, MSC, CMA-GCM, Maersk, Evergreen, Cosco, YML, HMM, ONE, Arkas, OOCL, APL, ZIM, Admiral), as well as the world's largest airlines (AirBridgeCargo, Korean Air, Turkish Airlines, Emirates Sky Cargo, British Airways, Lufthansa, Aeroflot, Finnair, etc.). We have our own vehicle fleet and attract partner carriers that cooperate with us under a long-term contract.

A client submits a request for calculation of transportation
ACEX specialists choose the best route and fare, specify the details, calculate the cost of cargo delivery, and give advice to the client
Signing the contract and request for transportation
Determining the package of necessary documents, helping arrange the missing ones
After alignment with the sender, starting the transportation
Picking up the cargo
Customs clearance
The cargo arrives at the final destination
Sending transport and customs invoices, as well as accounting documents for services rendered to the client
The client pays the bill and send a signed report
