Associated Cargo Experts: Year-End Results and a Course Toward 2026

1/13/2026

The year 2025 for Associated Cargo Experts unfolded in a steady working mode — without pauses and with constant adjustment to market conditions. Routes were changing, requirements were becoming more complex, and the workload on teams remained high. In this environment, the key focus was not on loud statements, but on well-coordinated processes and consistent results.

Even at the end of the year, the pace of work did not slow down. For logistics, December and the January holidays are not a time to stop: international cargo continued to move, flights operated on schedule, and supply chains functioned without interruption. There are no days off in international logistics — and behind this continuity there is always a dedicated team.

Throughout the year, the company worked with all key types of international transportation — air, sea, road, and multimodal routes — including complex import and export projects, as well as the transportation of dangerous goods. Most tasks required individual configuration and constant supervision; universal solutions are becoming increasingly rare under such conditions.

The company closes the year having maintained its operational standards. The focus remains on compliance with international requirements, process transparency, counterparty due diligence, and cargo control at every stage. This approach ensures manageability and predictability even in an unstable environment.

Ирина МурылеваAir Freight

In 2025, air transportation remained one of the most dynamic areas. Import, export, and dangerous goods shipments all required a high level of concentration and strict adherence to procedures.

Deputy Executive Director for Air Freight, Irina Muryleva, notes:

“The year was intense and truly hands-on. The team faced a large number of tasks and non-standard situations — and successfully handled them thanks to professionalism and strong teamwork. We effectively delivered both import and export shipments, increased volumes in the dangerous goods segment, and maintained a high level of service. Thank you to the team for their initiative and responsibility. It is precisely this joint effort that delivers results.”

In the multimodal segment, the key focus was route manageability. Synchronizing different modes of transport, working with hub points, and meeting deadlines required a systematic approach and continuous coordination.

Deputy Executive Director for Multimodal Transportation, Natalia Nikiforova, emphasizes that route reliability and process predictability remain the foundation of the team’s work. In 2026, the company plans to further develop multimodal solutions as an integrated service for international business and long-term projects.

Industry Events and International Engagement

In 2025, the Associated Cargo Experts team actively worked at key industry platforms — where the real agenda of international logistics is shaped.

In September, the ACEX team participated in TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2025 and the logistics alliance conference in Almaty. Meetings with partners from Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, China, Europe, the United States, and the Middle East helped strengthen relationships and formalize new agreements.

In October, the company took part in Translogistica Ural in Yekaterinburg — a platform bringing together representatives of industry and logistics from the Ural region.

In spring, the ACEX team participated in TransRussia 2025 at Crocus Expo — the largest transport and logistics exhibition in Russia, which brought together 480 companies and more than 27,000 professional visitors.

A major international highlight was participation in Transport Logistic 2025 in Munich. The exhibition united exhibitors and visitors from around the world and gave the ACEX team an opportunity to expand international contacts and take a fresh look at the role of Central Asia in global cargo flows.

At the joint Associated Cargo Experts stand, the company presented its solutions, strengthening ties with partners from India, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Russia.

Logitrans traditionally remains one of the key international platforms in the region.

In 2026, Associated Cargo Experts will continue its active participation in major industry events and the development of international dialogue. The company is preparing for the next stages of exhibition and conference activity, building a calendar of meetings with partners and clients in advance — in line with the logistics season.
