What kind of services you can render in Estonia?

Different types: sea freight, rail deliveries, airfreight and road freight as well as warehousing services. We aren't limited to express services only. We can deliver any cargo which depends on the client.

ACEX Group has 20 year experience. When did you decide to come to Estonian market as well?

ACEX firm and brand exists 2,5 years. People who work in ACEX have 20 year experience in logistics in Russia. ACEX is an international brand specially created for the foreign markets.

What was the reason for a decision to invest into Estonia?

The main issue was that Estonia is very important transit point not only to Russia, but also to Kazakhstan, for example, which is the second important market for us. Baltic is the major transit point for Russia and Estonia is the nearest location to St. Petersburg and Moscow.

Which are your priorities in the Estonian market?

We are planning to create a warehouse complex in the port. We have many potential clients interested in warehouse services.

Why Estonia is attractive to your clients? Which is the reason they choose Estonia as transit point?

The companies we are working with are interested in cargo storage not far from Russia. Having a consolidated warehouse ACEX can allow delivering cargo to the final recipient in short terms. Estonia is as well attractive being a part of Eurozone that is a stability indicator. Our purpose consists in major USA and Japan producers’ involvement to Estonia with their cargo.

The company executives answered to these and many other questions.

The article found a keen interest in the transport-forwarding market and was commented by the skilled experts in logistics.

Karli Lambot,Chairman of Board of Estonian Logistics and Forwarding Association and Chairman of Trustee of ASE Logistics Group AS.

Logistic centers creation at the border with Russia instead of making them inside the country is a logical safe and reasonable trend of the last 20 years. Appearance of such an enterprise is an advantage for both transport firms and contractors. You are welcome!

Illimar Paul Logistics cluster Development Director

At present partners in a cluster cooperated with ACEX on heavy machinery processing through port Paldisky to Central Asia. ACEX Estonia branch opening once again confirms that Estonia is an important transit corridor to Russia CIS and Middle Asia. The existence of ACEX branches in Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine appears to be a very good tool.
