The ACEX team took part in the Translogistica Ural exhibition-forum, held on October 29–31 in Yekaterinburg. The venue brought together representatives of the Urals’ industrial and logistics sectors—a full house of executives and logistics managers, the very people we work with every day to solve supply-chain tasks.

ACEX Commercial Director Artem Bagdasaryan delivered a talk, “Alternative Logistics Routes in the New Reality,” and used real cases to show how to flexibly reconfigure supply chains to meet deadlines and budgets even as external conditions change.

“The Urals are a strategically important and promising region for us, with a high concentration of manufacturing companies. Our task is not just to be present in the market, but to be value-adding partners offering expert solutions. Speaking on this platform before a target audience of potential clients is an effective way to demonstrate our deep understanding of their business challenges,” noted Artem Bagdasaryan.

A dedicated session on foreign trade (VED), “How to Make Supply Routes More Efficient: Experience, Approaches, Case Studies,” gathered representatives of Urals companies, allowing for a focused discussion of pain points—from corridor selection and risk insurance to timeline transparency and TCO calculation.

Over three days, the team held a series of short meetings with existing and new partners. We discussed pilot shipments, trial routes, and joint savings calculations for the region’s shippers—from optimizing transit legs to assembling a tailored bundle of services for each task.
